An Italian sandwich concept by Chef Robbie Felice, where just like in the name, Fatto Con Amore, everything is "made with love."  As a kid growing up in both New Jersey and New York, and having access to the best sandwiches around, it was only a matter of time before he would introduce to the world his sandwich creations.  Chef's sandwiches are made with a passion for quality starting with the ingredients; freshly baked breads from the best local bakeries around, and imported meats, cheese, vinegars and olive oils from Italy.  Chef Felice believes that it doesn't matter if you are creating a fine dining dish or a panino, every little detail plays a huge role.  It all comes together in a perfect balance with every made to order panino.
